RETURNS


We want you to be completely satisfied with your XRBRAND experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your xrbrand.com purchase, complete the Returns Form found on your order details page from the Order History tab of your account and return the item or items to us (in their original condition) within 15 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).

Returns outside of the 15-day returns period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Refunds will be issued in the same tender and currency as the original purchase.

Please note: The Returned Items are your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a trackable and insurable shipping carrier. Except in the case of defective merchandise, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please allow 2 - 4 weeks from receipt of your return for the credit to appear on the same account you used for purchase. It can typically take 1 to 2 billing cycles for returns credit to appear on your account.
